GCSE requirements

Unfortunately Level 2 certificates in adult literacy and adult numeracy are not sufficient to meet this requirement, as although they are set at the same level as GCSE A-C grades, they do not cover the full breadth of knowledge demanded by GCSEs.

From January 2011, you must provide evidence of your English and maths GCSE qualifications before we can offer you a place on the course. Candidates applying for our September 2010 intake without the required GCSEs must ensure they are able to provide evidence of these before entering the final four months of the course.

Non-UK qualifications

If your qualifications have been obtained outside the UK, you will need to send us confirmation from NARIC ( www.naric.org.uk) that they are accepted equivalents.

To Apply:

Please download and complete an enrolment form and return it to us by fax (0117 315 0427), email or post. Please remember to include copies of your BA degree and maths/English GCSE certificates.

Available spaces for each intake will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to those who successfully complete the interview stages.
